AlphaSights going public?

Alphasights, the 2nd-largest expert network, recently appointed a new CFO and is hiring in the finance department. Their new Group Accountant will get lots of big responsibilities of course but two things in particular caught my interest:
- "Act as the primary specialist on GAAP. The business currently reports on UK GAAP but this role will be pivotal in transitioning the business to IFRS in the next few years.
- Support the Group FC in preparation of a roadmap to transition the business to a UK SOX environment"
I don't know these things intimately, but conforming to UX SOX and IFRS feels pretty "going publicy" to me.
Alphasights has had a tremendous run and - compared to its "sibling" Third Bridge - hasn't had many financing events during its 14 years in business. The company sees healthy growth and margins, and could join a trio of expert networks that have already gone public or filed to do so.
